Any Independent contractors paid over $600 in a year are required by the Internal Revenue Service to receive a 1099-NEC at year end. Before your contractor receives the first check we recommend they complete the following form: W9 (link attached) Once we receive the completed W9 we can enter all information from the contractor and track all payments through the year. At year end we will present the 1099 to the contractor plus the 1096 to the Internal Revenue Service. 

Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly payroll. We can provide this service for you. Setup Employees in your quickbooks payroll is provided. W4 form is attached or with an email we can invite the employee to complete the information from within quickbooks. Send over your approved time and we will process according to your pay dates. We will manage your payroll account for you. 

Quickbooks Online provides several versions of their software. It can be overwhelming. Reach out and we can help you select the best version for your needs. 

Do you have a monthly or quarterly sales tax payment that needs to be paid? We can certainly provide that service for you. Login information will be required for your State reporting. 

1:1 Zoom sessions at a designated time to provide training in your quickbooks online. This service is sold in 3 sessions paid up front.
